E.R. Snell Contractors, co-lead of the construction joint venture. One of the largest prime contractors in Georgia, E.R. Snell Contractor, Inc. (ERS) has over 75 years of experience in road and highway construction and commercial site development, including asphalt sales, asphalt paving, grading and building concrete structures, such as culverts, bridges and retaining walls.

Wilbur Smith Associates, transportation consulting. Established in 1952, Wilbur Smith Associates (WSA) is an employee-owned transportation consulting firm. The firm is nationally recognized within the financial community for its record and accomplishments in traffic and toll revenue field.
Tillman Allen Greer, public involvement. Based in Lawrenceville, the firm has a long-history of understanding the area's economic development, residential and business priorities and is adept at engaging stakeholder groups into productive processes.
Precision Planning, Inc., design engineering. Based in Lawrenceville, this full-service engineering and architectural design firm has worked with public and private clients in and around Georgia for over 27 years. PPI has a stake in the communities it serves and an understanding of local regulations that can only come from years of working with local governments.
